Shipping and Handling

All orders are packaged and shipped within 3 business days of  *cleared payment. Once shipped, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be delivered.

You will receive tracking info once your order has been processed through the mail carrier. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-Order items will not ship until the date specified in the items description. Any additional products purchased along with a pre-order will not ship until the pre-order date.

We typically do not run pre-order items longer than 2 weeks to ensure orders go out in a timely manner. If you have purchased multiple items along with a pre-order and wish to have those items shipped separately, please reach out to us. *Additional Shipping Charges Will Be Applied*

 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be in New, Unworn, Unwashed condition. Returns are subject to rejection after inspection

A full refund will be credited to the original form of payment made within 3 business days of approved returns. Your payment provider may also take a few days to process your refund.
